Medium Duty Mobile Safety Steps

High quality mobile safety steps manufactued from tubular steel with either punched steel or optional PVC covered treads 190mm deep and fitted at 250mm rise. Large platform is surrounded on three sides by 900mm guardrail with toe plates fitted on all models over 2m platform height. All steps are fully welded, but 5-15 tread models are also available in fold down versions for ease of transportation and access into awkward locations. 2-6 tread models are automatically braked using spring loaded castors. 7-15 tread models are braked by use of an integral ascent safety bar. When the safety bar is pushed back, the wheels are automatically raised stabilising the steps and allowing access. All steps are supplied with double handrails and punched steel treads as standard.

Medium Duty - Narrow Aisle - Mobile Safety Steps

Built to the same high specification as the 'Medium Duty' but with narrower frame dimensions to give easier access to restricted areas. Fully welded construction giving peace of mind to all users The 2-4 tread models are fitted with spring loaded castors. The 5-6 tread models are fitted with spring loaded castors and fixed wheels. Treads are 450mm wide and 190m deep.

Heavy Duty Mobile Safety Steps

Heavy duty mobile safety steps are maufactured from heavier gauge tubular steel to grade 43c, making them suitable for heavy industrial applications where exceptional strength and stability is required. 200mm deep treads and a lower angle of rake allow for front facing descent Large platform is surrounded on three sides by 900mm guardrail with toe plates fitted on all models over 2m platform height. 3-6 tread models are fully welded, but 7-16 tread models are manufactured in 3 sections allowing the unit to be disassembled. All models are braked by use of an integral ascent safety bar. When the safety bar is pushed back, the wheels are automatically raised stabilising the steps and allowing access. Heavy Duty 'Easy-Slope' Mobile Safety

These heavy duty steps have a shallow rake of 48 degrees and 200mm deep treads at 230mm centres making ascent and descent even easier and safer.
Large platform is surrounded on three sides by 900mm guardrail with toe plates fitted on all models over 2m platform height.
The 3-6 tread models are made in one piece, fully welded and ready to use. The 7-10 tread models are bolted together, however, they are normally delivered fully assembled and ready for use.
All models are braked by use of an integral ascent safety bar. When the safety bar is pushed back, the wheels are automatically raised stabilising the steps and allowing access.
All steps have a tough red epoxy coated finish for long lasting protection, however, a hot dipped galvanised finish is available for continual outdoor application. Please contact us for details.

Similar to the 'Easy-Slope' steps with shallow 48 degree rake and treads at 230mm centres, but with a larger platform and access off all three sides, these truck dock steps are ideal for loading and unloading lorries.
